Description
The Rob Roy is essentially a Manhattan where the American whiskey is replaced with Scotch whisky. Named after a Scottish folk hero, this cocktail was first created in 1894 at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York. The drink is a tribute to Scotland, combining the smoky, malty notes of Scotch with the herbal sweetness of vermouth. The Angostura bitters round it off with a spicy depth. A timeless, stirred classic for whisky lovers.

- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
- Stir for about 30 seconds until well-chilled.
