Description

The Virgin Hugo offers the full flavor experience of the popular Hugo Spritz, but completely without alcohol. This mocktail is incredibly refreshing and elegant. The floral sweetness of elderflower syrup is perfectly balanced by the zesty acidity of lime, while fresh mint provides a cool, aromatic finish. Topped with soda water, it is the ideal, light aperitif for any time of day and any occasion.

Preparation

  1. Fill a large wine glass with plenty of ice cubes.
  2. Gently clap the mint leaves between your hands to release the aromas and add them to the glass.
  3. Add elderflower syrup and fresh lime juice.
  4. Slowly top up with well-chilled soda water.
  5. Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig and a lime slice.
