Description
The Sunset is a simple yet effective tequila cocktail that evokes the colors of a sunset. It is essentially a Tequila Sour that gets its color and an additional fruity note from the grenadine. The combination of the earthy agave notes of tequila, the sharp acidity of lime, and the sweetness of the pomegranate syrup results in a perfectly balanced and potent drink.
Preparation
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Add tequila and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake briefly.
