Description

The Nojito, also known as the Virgin Mojito, is the undisputed king of mocktails. It proves impressively that a cocktail doesn’t need alcohol to be complex and incredibly satisfying. Instead of rum, we use a high-quality ginger ale, which gives the drink a subtle spice and a pleasant fizz.

Preparation

  1. Cut the lime into eighths and place it in a sturdy highball glass along with the cane sugar.
  2. Muddle firmly to extract the juice from the limes and dissolve the sugar.
  3. Add the mint leaves and press lightly.
  4. Fill the glass to the brim with crushed ice.
  5. Top up with ginger ale and stir gently.
  6. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wedge.
