Description

The Flying Kangaroo is a creamy and rich cocktail reminiscent of a more luxurious version of the Piña Colada. It combines two spirits—rum and vodka—with the complex vanilla notes of Galliano. Cream of Coconut and heavy cream provide an incredibly smooth texture, while a splash of pineapple and orange juice gives the drink a fruity lightness. An opulent drink that is perfect as a liquid dessert.

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake very vigorously to emulsify the cream and cream of coconut well.
  3. Strain into a fancy glass or Hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with a piece of pineapple and an orange slice.
