Description

The Campari Orange, often affectionately called "Garibaldi" in Italy, is a prime example of the beauty of simplicity. Named after the Italian national hero who united northern and southern Italy, the drink symbolizes the union of the bitter Campari from the north with the sweet oranges from the south. It consists of just two ingredients and is incredibly refreshing. The tart bitterness of Campari is perfectly balanced by the natural sweetness and acidity of fresh orange juice. A timeless aperitif for any occasion.

Preparation

  1. Fill a highball glass or a tumbler with plenty of ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Campari over the ice.
  3. Slowly top up with freshly squeezed, chilled orange juice.
  4. Stir gently.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice.
