Description

The Barracuda is a modern classic known for its complex yet refreshing taste. It combines the tropical sweetness of pineapple juice and gold rum with the distinctive herbal and vanilla notes of the Italian liqueur Galliano. A splash of lime juice provides the necessary balance, while a shot of Prosecco gives the drink an elegant, sparkling vibrancy. Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except the Prosecco to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until the shaker is well-chilled on the outside.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  4. Gently top up with a splash of Prosecco.
