Description

The Aperol Wild Berry is a modern and very popular variation of the classic Aperol Spritz. It swaps the Prosecco for a fruity wild berry tonic water, which gives the drink a more intense berry note and a pleasant sweetness that harmonizes wonderfully with the bitterness of the Aperol. Garnished with a handful of fresh berries, it is not only a visual highlight but also an incredibly quaffable and refreshing summer drink, perfect for any occasion.

Preparation

  1. Fill a large wine glass or a highball glass to the brim with ice cubes.
  2. Pour the Aperol over the ice.
  3. Slowly top up with chilled wild berry tonic water.
  4. Add a handful of fresh or frozen berries to the drink.
  5. Stir gently once and serve immediately.
